Is the consultation really free?
Yes. The first 15-minute call is free and there is no obligation. You get a written quote afterwards and decide at your own pace.
What should I keep ready for the call?
Nothing is mandatory. It helps to know roughly what the business will do, who the founders are, where the registered office will be and whether you expect to raise investment.
Do you serve clients outside Delhi NCR?
Yes. MCA filings are online, so we register companies and handle compliance for clients across India. Our on-ground presence and in-person meetings are in Delhi, Noida and Ghaziabad.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer or UPI against an invoice. Government fees and stamp duty are paid on the MCA portal at actuals and shown separately.
