- Enquiry details you enter in our contact forms or send on WhatsApp, phone or email: name, mobile number, city, the service you are interested in, and anything you choose to tell us.
- Client documents needed to deliver a service you engage us for: PAN, Aadhaar, passport, address proofs, photographs, property documents, financial statements, bank statements and similar records of directors, partners, shareholders and the entity.
- Technical data collected automatically when you browse: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and referring site, through server logs and any analytics tool we use.
3. How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and provide a quote.
- To deliver the services you engage us for, including preparing and filing forms with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, the Income Tax Department, GST authorities, depositories, banks and other agencies as required for that service.
- To send reminders of statutory due dates and updates about your matter.
- To comply with our own legal and professional obligations, including record-keeping requirements.
- To improve this website.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use client documents for any purpose other than the services you have engaged us for.
4. Sharing
We share information only (a) with government portals and agencies to the extent needed to complete your filings; (b) with certifying authorities for Digital Signature Certificates, depositories, registrars and transfer agents, banks or auditors where the service requires it and you have asked us to; (c) with service providers who host our systems or communication tools, under confidentiality obligations; and (d) where required by law.
5. WhatsApp and communication
If you contact us on WhatsApp or click a WhatsApp link on this site, your messages are processed by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy. Please avoid sending sensitive documents until we have confirmed the engagement and the number you are dealing with.
6. Cookies and analytics
This website uses only essential cookies needed for it to function, and may use a privacy-respecting analytics tool to understand aggregate traffic. We do not run advertising trackers. You can block cookies in your browser without affecting the site.
7. Retention
Enquiry details are kept for up to 24 months unless you become a client. Client files are retained for as long as needed to provide the service and thereafter as required by professional and statutory record-keeping obligations, after which they are securely deleted.
8. Security
Documents are stored on access-controlled systems and shared only with the people working on your matter. No method of transmission is completely secure; if you believe your information has been compromised, contact us immediately.
9. Your rights
You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete information we are not required to keep. Write to the email address above; we respond within 30 days.
