Most online incorporation services stop the day your certificate arrives. The problems start afterwards: an INC-20A nobody mentioned, an AGM nobody held, an annual return that is two years and ₹70,000 of late fees overdue. Probay was set up to be the team that stays.
Every file is prepared and reviewed by a qualified Chartered Accountant or Company Secretary. We deliberately focus on Delhi, Noida and Ghaziabad, because ROC jurisdiction, stamp duty, address proofs and local registrations differ across the state border and we would rather know them cold than cover the whole country thinly. Since MCA filings are online, we also serve clients elsewhere in India who want the same standard.

What we do not do
- We do not promise timelines the MCA controls. We tell you the typical range and what can delay it.
- We do not quote a headline price and add "charges" later. Government fees are shown at actuals, up front.
- We do not act as your statutory auditor for companies whose accounts and filings we prepare — the auditor must be independent. We coordinate with yours or introduce one.
- We do not give legal opinions on disputes. For litigation, we refer you to counsel.
- We are not affiliated with the MCA or any government body. We are a private professional firm that files on your behalf.
Local by design
A company in Noida or Ghaziabad is under ROC Kanpur with Uttar Pradesh stamp duty; one in Delhi is under ROC Delhi with a different stamp schedule. The utility company on the address proof, the authority that allotted the plot, the GST jurisdiction and the Shops & Establishment Act all change at the border. We work on both sides every week.
