1. Government fees and third-party costs
Government fees, stamp duty, Digital Signature Certificate charges, depository and RTA fees and other amounts paid to third parties on your behalf are not refundable once paid, because the authority or provider does not refund them to us. Amounts collected for these purposes but not yet paid out are refunded in full on cancellation.
2. Professional fees

3. Rejections and resubmissions
If an application is rejected or marked for resubmission because of an error or omission by us, we re-file at no additional professional fee. If it is rejected because of incorrect or incomplete information provided by you, or because of a name conflict you chose to proceed with against our advice, our fee is not refundable and any fresh government fee is payable by you.
4. Delays
Processing time at the MCA and other authorities is outside our control. Delay by an authority is not a ground for refund. If we fail to act on a matter for more than 15 working days after receiving everything we need from you, you may cancel and receive a refund as per the table above.
5. How to request a refund
Email hello@probay.in with your name, mobile number and invoice number. We confirm the applicable refund within 3 working days and process it within 10 working days to the account from which payment was received.
6. Annual and recurring services
Annual compliance packages cover a financial year. Cancellation part-way through is refunded proportionately for filings not yet prepared, less work already completed.
