How the estimate is built
The calculator adds up the same five components that appear on every incorporation invoice: Digital Signature Certificates for each director or partner, MCA government fees (including name reservation), state stamp duty on the MoA, AoA and incorporation form (or on the LLP Agreement), PAN and TAN, and our professional fee for the selected plan plus 18% GST on that fee.
Government and stamp figures are indicative. They are set by the MCA and the state governments and change from time to time; DSC prices vary by certifying authority. Companies with authorised capital above ₹15 lakh attract slab-based MCA fees, so we quote those individually. Read our cost guide for the full explanation.

Questions about the estimate
Why is the estimate different from a competitor's ₹999 advert?
Because the advert shows the professional fee alone. This calculator shows everything you will actually pay, including government fees, stamp duty and DSCs, which every provider has to charge at actuals.
Does the estimate include the cost of running the company each year?
No. It covers incorporation only. Budget separately for the statutory audit, annual ROC filing and tax returns — see our annual compliance checklist.
Why does Delhi cost more at high capital?
Delhi charges stamp duty on the Articles of Association as a percentage of authorised capital, while Uttar Pradesh uses fixed slabs. Try ₹1 lakh and ₹15 lakh in both states to see the effect.
What if I need more than 5 directors or a foreign director?
Ask for a manual quote. Foreign directors need apostilled documents and sometimes additional approvals, and companies with many directors need extra DSCs and DINs.
